He holds on to the ball for way too long. He really needs to start laying it off much more quickly. There has been a few occasions when Dibling and Iroegbunam (of all people) have been free but instead of releasing them he's held onto the ball, got dispossessed and the move breaks down.

If you mean Vs last season?

Last season we were fighting for our lives and playing on the break a lot, so he didn't have to do much other than help us in transition.

This season we are trying to get on the ball and play a bit, so if your argument is that he's being misused by being asked to play a bit more football then we are better off without him. Funnily enough this is exactly the conclusion his last manager and club came to.
