2025/26 Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

As soon as Gueye was available there was no chance of Alacaraz starting.

Moyes has a very specific 11 he wants to play week in week out apart from injuries and suspensions and Gueye is part of that.

He'll have to earn his corn now that 3 first team players who he loves aren't available
Hard to overstate how terrible the management is when nothing that happens ever changes your opinion of anything regarding the team or the players

This you talking about Gana during the Newcastle game?
Im not sure what you’re trying to say here? I’m saying that Moyes opinion of the team not changing since August is bad. My opinion of the team has changed since August. This has nothing to do with one player. It’s simply that 15 games have been played and that information matters. A manager simply cannot have decided nothing needs changing over that period unless his team is playing at a crazy level, and we’re obviously not that.

That was disappointing I agree. Think Gana should've been on the bench, the others earned the start over him in his absence
I agree. Gana isn't what he once was - he has been sloppy in defence - and the team has prospered without him. Hopefully the same will be true now he's off to Morocco and Moysie gets the message.

He still has something to offer but that Garner, KDH and Alcaraz midfield was very strong against a strong forest midfield, it was strange to break them up immediately. It proves at least Gana shouldn't be the first name on the team sheet.

The thing is and it's a bit of a bug bare with Moyes for me....it usually takes injuries and suspensions to do what is obvious. Dropping KDH and playing Alcaraz has been obvious for weeks now and it took suspensions to change it. Why he broke that up, god knows.

It's going to be the exact same at CB when Branthwaite is back and/or we buy a RB. We'll see Keane and Tarkowski until one of them is injured
