2025/26 Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Cba to find it but i had posted in 2023.

DM: Onana
LCM: KDH (to sign)
RCM: Garner

I wanted us to sign KDH back then. Totally agree with bringing in a 6 and setting up with those 2 CMs.

Garner & Armstrong can also each play as a 6 if that works.

Interesting that Moyes wanted Tete & Palhinha then didnt sign a RB or a DM.

I could understand it if he was on the left in a 3, would be natural to look wide to Grealish in that case.

But its been the same all season and it doesnt seem like it will change anytime soon. If we had our right central midfielder doing the same it would be utterly predictable.

In my post above I just said that would be predictable. The play needs to be mixed and it can really slow the play with KDH and Grealish.

Its been obvious since he signed that he shouldnt be and couldnt be a 10.

Also in the poll i made he got around 3% of the vote as a 10. So almost anyone could see it, game after game.

Hopefully Moyes has realised this.

Its been tiring to read certain posters saying KDH has been "fantastic" all season when he has not been effective. Constantly praising Moyes for everything.

The points dropped so far are astonishing with this failed experiment.

Hopefully now thats the end of it, now were seeing Moyes praised for something that was obvious to most aside from the Moyes bum kissers.

…..poor Zat, Everton won and KDH was MoM;

Surely now Moyes gets him deeper as a Central Midfielder.

Then we'll see his quality.

….to suit your Alcaraz love-in agenda

Terrific watch. Moyes clearly wanted him to play where he can impact football matches, probably the only player we have who can bring that quality in all the areas of the pitch he gets in. Big progression from Doucoure. Maybe Rohl can be an alternative going forward.

Ive been wildly impressed and disappointed with him depending on the game.

He has the ability - but we need that game against Fulham every week - that's his job of work - turning in that consistency.

I think the criticism before that game really stung him, it shouldn't have to come to that to turn in a performance.

I think we need to use a midfield 3 with him on the left. Then its all about where Garner plays, either on the right or as the 6.

I’d heard the best ability is availability and he seems another who actually wants to play every week. I think he’s settled in really well and will be here a long time.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how often KDH, Grealish, Ndiaye are fit and available. Normally at Everton it only takes a few weeks before every decent attacking player is injured so it’s good to see some durability for a change.

Now if only Branthwaite could get fit.
