January Transfer Window 2026

I'd get Robertson in to replace Mykolenko in a heartbeat.

Coming up for a free transfer soon and can sign a pre-contract. Celtic in the wings hoping for him, but wages would sink them you'd think.

If Moyes cant use the Glasgow link he has there then he's useless.

Id be apopltic if we sell at this stage to Spurs or Newcastle, what would the actual point be, still sore about Richarlison and Gordon.
Just one of them now in football good thing now in a stronger position so can get a bigger price. Is what we need to be doing making sure scoutint for the next player to bring in
Wouldn't mind that Josh King at Fulham if they went down, going to be a player.
100% agree on king hopefully now as a club will be able to take a chance on young players like him.

So, since the Delap January transfer we all called seems nailed on, how many other positions do you think we go for? Personally I think its just 1 fullback, and MAYBE 1 midfielder. Is there a decent RB sitting on a rich clubs bench right now?

Yeah a Liverpool legend is definitely on his way to Everton because a manager that’s leaving next summer is Scottish.

Did you dream this?
Why on earth do you think we are signing Delap?
I mean its obvious. He decides between us and Chelsea. Chooses the wrong one for the money, and half this board said he was coming here in January. He is immediately usurped by Pedro and then Chelsea sign Emegha, and are looking at Jonathan David. Chelsea signed Delap to make money, and can only do so loaning him out. What better place to do that then the club who has Grealish and Ndiaye providing service, but no striker.

Written in the stars.

Yeah unfortunately players don’t sign for us based on what posters say on GOT.

Delap is so out of favour he…started for Chelsea in their last match.

Absolutely nothing at all would suggest we are signing him in January.

Absolutely none of what you've said has Delap to us in Jan "nailed on". Zero media outlets are reporting it.

I’d have loved to have seen your face as you wrote that

I really like him but feel it’s a big risk signing a 21 year old unproven striker. If we got rid of beto possibly but feel we still need a proven striker. Where you get that from I don’t know
The problem with this is that we can't afford one of them in their prime. So our choices are a proven striker on the way down, a Jamie Vardy or a Callum Wilson, on big wages who might fall off a cliff form wise over the length of their contract or up and coming players who might never hit the hoped for heights. It's all about scouting, and that's an area where we have been behind the curve, hopefully that's changing.

If we could get Richarlison on loan then that would be ace. If not, I'd try for Endrick with an option.

If it came off then we'd be laughing and if not then we've not splashed out massive amounts of money.

I'd like to see a few players sold in January.
