This is where we started off the Summer window. Have we strengthened? In some areas, yes, in others, seemingly not.

Added a right-winger deemed not ready, added a striker not even as good as Beto, not a single usable full-back signed.

Disappointed we didn't max our loan slots out.

Jep, 2 more loans would have been appreciated. The squad is better and also has more depth.

It was sadly clear though since the beginning that we couldn't fix every problem in the squad that was basically everywhere but GK and CB.

I'd get Robertson in to replace Mykolenko in a heartbeat.

Coming up for a free transfer soon and can sign a pre-contract. Celtic in the wings hoping for him, but wages would sink them you'd think.

If Moyes cant use the Glasgow link he has there then he's useless.

Probably about £27m because he's not contracted to Liverpool.

No but they got Richy when we had a want away owner, were about to get done for PSR, had to sell cheaply as we were skint.

Now we are essentially debt free (or able to easily manage it), under no pressure to sell, have owners who so far have shown ambition.

Pickford, Brainthwaite signed new deals…no reason others won’t
