2025/26 Beto

I just want us to stand up and pick one and say this is your 5 game to show us why your the right choice..

We already know Betto, so go on and give Barry the reigns..

Chopping and changing each game isn't good for anyone's confidence.
Again, we quite clearly have done this for Beto. He's started 5 of the 6 league games and came on for half an hour in the other, I have no idea where this idea has come from that we keep swapping them game by game.

Genuinely surprised by this. I couldn't go last night but up until now I've always thought he's got away incredibly lightly from the crowd. About 90% of his games for us he's been utterly useless but he's always retained some sort of weird cult hero status at the games, patience must have run out for many.
Thought the same. The co commentator on my channel even mentioned the crowd getting on at him. Think patience has run out over the last couple of games.

In retrospect think we should have sold in the summer when his stock was still high.

It’s a double edged sword unfortunately,he needs replacing of course but Moyes has to keep him relevant to recoup any kind of decent fee for him in January, then again any potential suitors on watching him recently may not want to know!!!

Our striking options are atrocious.

Beto is crap.

Barry is inexperienced, a bit lightweight, and bereft of confidence but technically better than Beto .

And that's it.

Genuinely I'd play N'dayie up top.

We simply have to bring in an experienced striker who can hold the ball up and knows where the net is in January.

I'm guessing that that will be on loan unless we can off load Beto for a decent fee.

I don't know many scouts, but I would assume quite a few of them have functioning eyes.

Signed a 4 year deal with us in 2023, that means next summer he has 5-6 months (from then) before he can talk about a free transfer elsewhere with other clubs. If it hasn't worked out by now, it probably wont do. Glad for the last ditch goals he scored last season that turned it all round after Dyche, but time is almost ticked.
