The client at Everton was on board with this approach, he says, but a new owner arrived part way through the project and changes to how the hospitality would work led to between £50m and £60m of changes, with the final cost being £610m.
“In overall terms that’s just under 10% of the project cost,” says Jacques.

That explains the delays in the hospitality areas (apart from the village).

Additional boxes and more separate "restaurant" type places was the result.

They really have improved it.

That's as I understood it. However my son has transferred a ticket to a contact not on his friends and family list - apparently they just wanted his name and membership number.

Perhaps they then add him automatically to the friends and family list?

If he has a membership then add him to family and friend list, then just transfer.

If he doesn’t, send him the original email with the season ticket on it. He can then download it to his phone. You may have to delete from your phone first.
