It’s fine lines with these handball decisions at the moment. It’s actually becoming bloody annoying.

They mostly get them right. If you move your arm to the ball or put it up in the air or away from your body there's a fair chance it'll be a penalty. If you leave it by your side or jump with your arms near to your body and the ball hits it rather than you moving towards it it's generally not a penalty.

Yeah, but with VAR checking, there should be no margin for error.

So they win again having been 2nd best. I really don't know why I'm surprised anymore. I've been seeing it since the 60s. Time and again they get a stuffy winner or an absolute worldy out of nowhere. It just doesn't compute.
