Just rewatching the game (made it to halftime only so far)...

The whole minute before leading up to our second goal, we look like a real football team for the first time in a while. KDH, after having a poor half, turns into martin odegaard with the passing and movement. On top of winning the free kick around midfield that started the whole sequence, Beto makes two very key plays in the lead up to the goal. The lay off to KDH and then the dummy were fantastic. Definitely one of the more memorable goals in recent history imo

Beto has been absolutely fantastic. Links up very well with Grealish

This team definitely has something about them. It's nice to watch comprehensible football for once

Fantastic performance and as good as I’ve seen us for years.

Grealish, Ndiaye, KDH (second half), Beto, Gueye, Garner all played well.

Tactically, Moyes got it spot on too; out of possession, the way he tasked Grealish with stepping onto the RCB whilst cutting off the pass to the middle, then Gueye / Mykolenko ready to pounce on the pass to the RWB. Lost count of how many times we won back the ball in that way. Credit where it’s due.

Some free flowing attacking football going forward too. You love to see it.

I do like Jake O’Brien but can you imagine having an attack-minded right back there in his place?

Multiple times when we got into good positions in the final third, JOB looked a little “fish out of water” and couldn’t sort his feet out.

One key addition in that position and we’ll be flying this season.

….Keane also did brilliantly when cleanly winning the ball back.

... and that was with an out-of-form Tarkowski, O'Brien out of position at right back, a very poor Mykolenko at left back and Keane playing too, Dibling watching from the bench and the team's third game inside of a week.

Very satisfying victory.

Gave it to Grealish,as Jack was a delight to watch, his intelligence on the ball, his weight of pass for the assist for Dewsbury hall for Ndiayes goal and his pass for the third goal was poetry to watch,Beto a lot better holding it up and bringing others into play and he knows where to be in the box, 2 in 2 now and he will get 15 easy with the supply coming from our newly formed attacking midfield,James Garner wonderful again made such a great start to the season, get a few more in toffees and let’s try attain Europe of any form in May

We do but can’t see it happening
For some reason. Moyes won’t sign a RB and he seems happy with Myko
Maybe he wants to give a year at TB before moving him into the middle
Only reason I can think of
Is it a height thing for defending corners maybe or does he feel that it would be too attacking without full backs that mainly sit. Not blessed with a big team in midfield.

Still feels that good overlapping left and right backs would create so much more space for the wingers - Jack especially. Though it seems that those new attacking full backs have made Liverpool vulnerable at the back.

What's with the audio on the Everton highlights?
I think they’ve taken it, but edited horribly from Daz and Diamond’s commentary on the website, I wonder if that will be the permanent move now because Alan Irwin seems to be doing Sunderland’s in house commentary as well (though he done the Brighton one last week)
