Why? Do you think we've had a good transfer window?

I think for the position we were in as a club the window has been fair was never going to be a blockbuster Grealish is a master stroke of a signing lifts everyone and everything at and how the clubs perceived from the outside..
yes we need certain positions filled but if the manager doesn’t want what’s available at this time in the market ..

They have provided funds for a superstar and backed the club in signing youth for the future

They have seen the stadium get up and running on time without many issues
Remember Liverpool and there owners couldn’t even get a roof conversation done on time

We have a superstar for 9 months.

The forward line is very poor.

We need an enforcer in midfield

The defence is short of numbers.

Overall the balance is wrong, even though we got away with having 2/3 ball players on the pitch versus a poor Wolves team that wont bear as much fruit against other more disciplined defences.

This has NOT been a good transfer window.

And yet....

We've won 2 out of 3 league matches and our cup match.

Oh and we only lost the first match because of a joke of a handball given against us.

But go off chief.

It's 2 PL wins and 1 loss. It's not proof we got it right in the transfer market. That'll be settled over the course of the season.

I only said a fair one Dave
Being a realist it’s easily going to take 2 more windows to correct the above and I do agree on most of that..

But that’s hardly the owners fault they have offered funds we have been turned down by numerous players allegedly at this moment due to clubs position hopefully January we can get one or two better level players in if we are hopefully higher up the table..

If we continue playing with smiles players loving playing fans loving watching and the ground shining on the telly a few may go right time to join now

1. The window isn't over yet.
2. To expect us to comptley change a team in one window is a really tall order. Especially in PSR times.
3. We can't offer players European football. Paying stupid wages and over paying for players, is why we got in the mess we were in.
4. Just enjoy the fact we are actually, attacking and playing some good football. Compared with what we've put up with for the last 5 years, it's a breath of fresh air.
