I prefer players who can control and pass a ball. Better way of controlling the midfield than just running around tackling everything.

PNE with Heckingbottom in charge are attractive , they’ve already got Lewis Dobbin, Alfie Devine from Spurs and Jebbison from Bournemouth on loan , as well as Thierry Small. But I’ll be disappointed if he goes on loan. He’s got so much potential and he’s going to progress this season wherever he plays , but I believe we can turn him into a PL player faster than sending him back to Championship football.

watching the Mansfield game again - he put some mustard on a shot at 34'. Too close to the keeper by a foot or so, but hit it low and hard. He'll get some goals for sure.

With the 5 subs rule we should be perfectly capable of at least getting Armstrong 25-35 minutes every game off the bench so long as Moyes has the bravery to bring him on

I think he has the football brain and maturity to start, it’s whether has the physicality to match at prem level. But he definitely one to watch. I would like to keep him in the squad and give him game time off the bench
