Player Valuation: £60m
Would have been a decent squad option no doubt about it.Boooo, £10m for Fellows was the one.

That too of course which is humorous because people will constantly gripe that there's no depth in the squad. there also seems to be a certain stigma towards McNeilI think it's much more that people can't get their head round the idea of a squad and so think anyone who isn't a nailed on starter can be sold.
I only knew useless knobhead was really called Jack Harrison a few weeks agoI have seen people on twitter talking about Keggers as 'Kean' I mean how long has the guy been at the club ffs!
There must be some doubt about it if he's moving for £10m and it's to a Championship club. I'm not saying recruitment teams are infallible by any means but if nobody is taking the plunge at that price then there are clearly pretty widespread doubts about what he can do. From what I've seen, and heard from a West Brom supporting mate, I would have doubts too.Would have been a decent squad option no doubt about it.
Well they have paid 66% less for a player who is 66% worse than Dibling. Didn't they sign Azaz from Boro too?So they've replaced Dibling with Fellows. Interesting to see who gets the better deal! Still think for that price we should have been going for it.
OK? This team has finally grown wings, in more ways than one.I don't mean this in a negative way, but so far i'd say it's only really been an acceptable window rather than a really good one. We've signed some good players, but we had an awful lot we needed to do, so I don't think it's been a window which has significantly moved the dial at this point. That can change if we can somehow bring in another couple of quality players, but right at this moment it just feels sort of 'OK'.
At least we’ve finally got rid of Lewin.I have seen people on twitter talking about Keggers as 'Kean' I mean how long has the guy been at the club ffs!

Sell him and get a loan in?McNeil would need replacing if he left and I can't imagine that we'd get enough for him to make that a particularly easy thing to do.
Yeah, I like Thursdays
This 100%.If there's no one else coming in, I'd keep him. He can always be loaned in January if he's not getting minutes.
Like I said, we've signed some good players. Personally, at this moment in time, I'm not sure we've improved the squad to quite the extent that some people seem to think we have. A 7/10 window is fine, I literally said i'm not trying to be negative about it, but I don't need to be doing somersaults about us doing a bit of good business, that should be the absolute minimum requirement.OK? This team has finally grown wings, in more ways than one.
I have to check my feet are touching the ground.
Ndaiye, Grealish and Dibling, c'mon?
You have to go back to prime Lukaku to find an attacker of equal quality (and that type of signing was 5 years too late).
The squad was never going to be rebuilt in one window. What would be worse is after all the restraint we get in players for the sake of it.
It's clear what's needed and yes we are still def lacking but with or without, I'm not now going into the season with a sense of dread.
It's a start and I can't wait to see how it unfolds.
My sense is it'll take some time this season for some of the players to actually get their heads round playing with attacking intent and play with risk, without it all coming crashing down.
If we can get another in I hope it's a L or R back to support our 3 ballers.
And wait for the money for a 9 and Gana replacement
