Everybody has an opinion on next priority postion but if you dont have a striker threat then we will be treading water till January.

He will be very good but as Moyes already mentioned he wasn't expecting to throw him so early.

Moyes needs a goto striker who is Premier league ready now.

Fair enough but we are assuming the teams we are playing against won't recognise our weaknesses and cut supply lines. In the end you need a focal striker point with a genuine threat to allow you to spread the goals around by drawing players towards them .

I dont think many prem teams are the least bit bothered about our striking threat and Moyes knows it.

Well I think we’ve scored in 16 of our last 20 Prem games under Moyes, so maybe they should have been.

Some obsessing over the need for another striker but if you look at most successful teams goals come from all over the park. So yes while it would be nice to get a 3rd striker i want a midfield that can score goals rather than what we've had recently which is only capable of adding 10 a season.

It's not a goalscorer i'd expect them to be looking for to be honest. We still look like a team that needs a striker to do a lot of donkey work, if Moyes is after a new striker I would guess it's a solid dependable workhorse he's wanting - someone he knows will look after the ball and give defenders a working over.

I think while Barry has had a promising start and Beto is a reasonable squad player. I think we should try to sign Isak as well just to get a top goalscorer up there. Im not sure if it's within our budget but if we get creative and throw in Patterson maybe we get some £ knocked off the asking price.

Doesn't matter if he doesn't want to come and we can't afford him. Isak should have been wrapped up weeks ago. It's a disgrace.
