Digital tickets

Its just an utterly moronic system. All the nonsense that's gone with this could've easily been avoided if they'd just given us our normal season ticket cards. For real now, even if they where determined to go down the digital ticket route then why would you chose the first season at the new place to do it?! Aren't things chaotic enough around the ground without this on top of it?
 

This whole thing is a pretty good summing up of why the club is in the shape that it's in in 2025. Amateurs running us on every level. No professional outfit just casually gets away with such continued gross incompetence to the point that they're considered a standing joke among their coustmer/fan base.

I don't think the move to digital ticketing was an Everton decision.
Apparently it's a Premier League initiative.
Having said that, the way it's been handled is utterly chaotic.

I get that. But knowing what a shambles the club is on every single level, the powers that be, could and should, have argued for a years grace at the new stadium to implement the new system slowly.

The changes in premier league don’t kick in until 26/27, they could’ve gone with physical card for first season. They’ve also only got to hit 70% for home support on this new system anyway.
 

Still no email. Not sure when to tell my 10yr old grandson that we can't go. I feckin hate this club.
Same here. There's a bug in the system between the Forever Blue+ ticket purchase and the email sent out. I can see what the email should say online (that I've bought tickets), but when I click to send or resend it, the email that actually arrives is about membership, not about tickets. For anyone who's received that membership email in the last couple of days, that's definitely the one that should include the tickets, but doesn't. Seems to be a separate issue from the season ticket problem. If the ticket office's solution is to resend the email, it will just resend the wrong email.
 
Word of advice, jib the app off, it’s goosed. Think the app has me under a different supporter number and my kids tickets arent on there…😳

Got mine sorted by using the original email, but will try the switch the autoupdates on and off again button in the wallet next time.

Total farce, give anyone who wants them plassy season cards next season. Happy to pay for the “Privilege”!

Confirmation in my first email that I had purchased tickets (but not attached)

I was worried as they hadn't arrived yesyerday so I resent the email to myself and it changed to "thanks for purchasing forever blue membership"

My 3rd email with the tickets attached finally came at 7ish last night and are now in my wallet. Looks like people have been receiving them overnight and early this morning as well, so still time.

Ticket office at the stadium opens at 4:45pm i think

Yeah weirdly I had the ticket arrive in the app Monday night but the email with the ticket popped into my inbox at 9.50pm last night

Yes but they didn’t for loads of people until late yesterday. Some season cards were saying Brighton, some went blank with no match at all. Once they did fix it most people then had to delete and re add the season card to their wallet.

bought 2 tickets from seat unique yesterday but not had them yet ? anyone else bought from seat unique ? how do you receive the tickets ?
