A football club couldn't/shouldn't be allowed to dictate smart phone requirement.
is this argument put forward to the Ombudsman? I completely agree it it like, just interested to know if it was that simple

Just give you some info on the card if we get another cup game was problems about it being loaded up on the physical card.

it was simple - i just contacted them and told them i didn't agree that the Club should determine that I have to carry a smartphone. they contacted Everton - i got a call from the box office on Thursday and physical tickets arrived in the post Saturday
 

I am trying to forward my ticket to someone on my network for the West Ham game. I get through all the steps but when I click complete purchase it loads then goes back to the previous page and I can't complete the final step. Has anybody else had this issue?
 
So, we’ve got two season tickets, one updated for West Ham game two days ago the other one is still stuck on Villa. Anyone else similar or is it time to try ringing the club?
