This is my thought too although my next visit is West Ham.I get it, but each to their own. I'll give them a chance to put it right for the Villa game in 18 days of so.

Nothing stopping all supporters on level 3 entering Club View from there seats, regardless of turnstiles used, this may have added to the excessive queues for food and drink. Maybe.
£1200 - £190 (£10 per game drinks voucher) - 1*£10 special program - 18*£4 (£72) usual programs = £928 for the CV access for 19 home league games = £48.85 per fixture.Thing is people couldn't use the £10 last game. So it's just transferred over to the next - it's not really a credit. Just letting fans use what they couldn't last game.
Only first game that mate as a bumper edition. It's £4 for the rest.
You think that's heavy handed, the club was ringing around trying to flog exclusive packages for 4 for £3200 total. I believe these are delivered in the 'Experiences' zones. One thing getting lost in people's calculations for club view is that £1200 is bad value for STH but you can attempt to justify it at that price. What's absolutely indefensible is the club are actually selling single match tickets in that section for £200 a pop.
You can jump through hoops to defend the STH pricepoint but you don't have a leg to stand on for the single match tickets
Mad thing is. We can’t even exploit our fans right. We have Everton’d this rar up.Jesus wept. Never mind the execution, just the concept.
Legitimately turning viewing footie into a modular product on a par with trying to book a flight with a low cost airline.
I guess this is the brave new world of 'competing' in the Premier League.
God I sound old.
Personally think the pink prices of south upper and the outer parts of the east are the better comparison which works out as £41 a game£1200 - £190 (£10 per game drinks voucher) - 1*£10 special program - 18*£4 (£72) usual programs = £928 for the CV access for 19 home league games = £48.85 per fixture.
There doesn't appear to be a bad seat view in the house, but I acknowledge the halfway line closeness classic premium.

basic adult season ticket, £640 (£33.70 per home fixture)
So there's £15 per match in it, but the £10 voucher and program are forcibly on top of. (So it's pretty much a £30 premium per game, but for a more central seat and an exclusive luxury bar access*).
Ever seen the disney film "Alice in wonderland"? The tea party where the rabbit declares "Change places!" I reckon because there isn't a bad seat in the house that every season will see a change up of seat choices. No one can tell yet where they like best 'cos they've not experienced all that's there. Goodison availability and BMD availability are gonna be very different.
I think your point and suggestion about the queuing system will be key here personally. The queues have been terrible, but made worse by no easy way in or out and people using the window edeg to stand and wait.I’m in CV, I wanted to be as close to half way line as possible, as I was at Goodison, the view is great I’m very happy with it.
Sunday was the test event for using the credit system on the season tickets, it failed, it can be fixed, I think the speed of acknowledging the issue was good.
But my gripes are:
A premium offering which is good value for over 65 yr olds that doesn’t have escalators is asking for trouble, I passed a number of people struggling up the stairs.
D and B outlets are not able to cope with the volume of people, using the electronic ticket means everyone is queueing up, rather that one person buying for multiple people.
No where to put drink or food down once you’ve got it.
Electric notice boards need to show what is actually available on the day
Immediate solutions:
Use the merchandise units to serve just beer and soft drinks, easy to do and will reduce queues at the food stations.
Use mobile stands for drinks as well as the above
Add shelves to put food and drink on
Turn the aircon on, the heat was horrible on Sunday.
Allow use of nearby turnstiles where there are escalators, and notify where they are.
Allow use of lifts without medical certificate
Airport checkin style queueing system to speed of time to get food
For next season
Look at installing additional elevators as a minimum, escalators if physically possible
They had two big sections of seats at the back of blocks 324 and 321 that were reserved by the club and not available to purchase by season ticket holders. I know as I was in tranche 2 and looked when there was a lot of availability. When club view sold out they then released some of these tickets for sale to renewing season ticket holders. It hacked some people off as some in a later tranche could buy club view and the people the week earlier couldn’t. I think they did allow some to move as a consequence. I presume that the rest of what they kept back are now what seat unique sell at £200 a pop. Looking at the blocks though and the original ticket plans I don’t think they actually allocated more seats to club view than initially intended. They were saying on one of the podcasts that the club increased the capacity of club view after release because of the initial demand for that price point and it wasn't meant designed to hold the capacity its been sold at.
