This club could suck the joy out of a bunga bunga party.
yes, he only mentioned that, but I suppose there are so many factors.I’m only going by what the manager stated in the press conference mate, he mentioned Europe specifically.
The only thing I would say is that if you look at the mid-table teams who finished around us it's difficult to see any who've noticeably improved with signings this summer. And that's what they are: excuses.
If these obstacles are insurmountable for the current people highly paid to find solutions, then we need new people in those positions.
You should try it but maybe leave Mrs M at homewhat the hells that
Incredibly baffling comments in the press conference.
Moyes made it appear like there are substantial funds available, just that our top choices want Europe and have rejected us.
Well we've had 2 months to move onto second, third and fourth choices... this is a monumental failure by the club to not bring in anybody on that right hand side.
Then he says he feels like there has been progress this week, then a few minutes later says it doesn't mean we'll actually bring anybody in though.
Madness.
yes, he only mentioned that, but I suppose there are so many factors.
difficult to accept sometimes as how did some teams not have this supposed hurdles
I'm sure he said that 4 weeks ago as well.I watched his conference, he did say he thought they were making progress and getting closer on signings tbf
It’s a big world. There’s talent out there. Maybe we should find and go for players who aren’t already competing in Europe so they don’t view the move as a step down. The only one on the list who wants to come is Dibling and that’s because we are a step up from where he is at the moment. Step up and pay raise and player is interested. Shocker.Conceicou (sp?)
Forfana
Dibbling
Bakayoko
We have completed at least levels 1-4 already on the RW game. How low do you go?
Yes and then he said something like he didn't want to go into more detail because they'd ask for names and specifics.I watched his conference, he did say he thought they were making progress and getting closer on signings tbf
or he doesn’t have the say we’reIt’s an old Moyes Jedi ind trick mate, play down expectations, then surprise everyone with a better then expected and everyone thinks your great.
Well if Brownhill's is a hurdle then what does that make Ake's a mountain ? Because surely Ake is on far more than Brownhill, I mean I'm not fussy on either if I'm honest.
Indeed. But, somehow, him then saying that he can't 'guarantee' that the signings will be made suddenly then translates to 'nothing is happening'..I watched his conference, he did say he thought they were making progress and getting closer on signings tbf
never! You should try it but maybe leave Mrs M at home
Two more injuries and we are absolutely in the mireThe only thing I would say is that if you look at the mid-table teams who finished around us it's difficult to see any who've noticeably improved with signings this summer.
I know we have more work to do than most of them in terms of numbers but it doesn't seem to be a buyer's market so far away that level.
