Everton's Customer Service

Got the same message yesterday and today, trying to buy my Mansfield ticket, can’t take your call due to the high volume of calls, what a joke, what kind of service is this, someone at the club needs to sort this out. who’s the best person at the club to complain to

It’s still not showing on my account.
Yeah it doesn't show on mine either but I am in it. Do they have your card details ?

No , I’ve had a card stored in the past but only used it as long as it was interest-free.
I don’t think I’ve ever registered other than one season in Europe as I sat in the middle of the upper and lower bullens so was liable to be displaced.

I still get emails through to my Dad asking him to renew his membership even though he died 10 years ago which they have known ever since they displayed his name on the big screen for blues who we lost that year. My mum wasn't a member thank god as i only lost her earlier this year and i certainly don't need Everton rubbing that in as well. Still cry thinking about her every week.

Over 3hrs on hold
Got through, my luck was literally at GP.
Asked if Everton could hold, instead was promised a call back within the hour - safe to say they haven't called back.

Profoundly demoralising experience all round. Been on hold for over an hour and a half to speak to someone in the accessibility team re: an application I put in by proxy for my extremely ill Dad - and now pretty sure the ticket office has closed? Still on hold mind.

I wonder how bad the process towards digitalizing tickets has been for other clubs across the league? Would hope fan advocacy groups are keeping an eye on this for something that could be a more robust challenge to the league.

Then you're not going to get a ticket via auto cup.

I've seen a few villa fans online complaining about similar stuff.

Also saw something saying that loads of fans at Chelsea and United last weekend were stuck outside for the first 30 mins of the game (?)

It defo needs all fans coming together to complain about this. Football clubs shouldn't be able to dictate what phone someone carries.

You can check if you have a card stored by logging into myticketing >> my tickets >> tickets & payment details . If you haven't any it will say this -

PAYMENT DETAILS

YOU HAVE NO SAVED CARDS

Off work today so ended up going to the ticket office at Goodison. A little bit of a wait (maybe half an hour) but the staff (all the windows were in use) were very helpful given the pressure they must be under and sorted out my issues (to do with the Mansfield game). I know not everybody can get down there in person, but if you can it's a lot better than hanging on the phone for a couple of hours.

I'll credit them on this occasion, they rang back after the lines closed

Safe to say they said they're chocker - and for one of the matters that needs sorting to call back in 2 weeks.

Also I thought i'd ask randomly about them taking food/crisp at the gate - confirmed they have all be instructed to (not that, that was what the call was about])
