Obviously no idea if rumour is true or not, but could Ake play the 6 role? Or is he purely a defender?

This is my thinking, trotting around like he's Gareth Barry mk2

He gets team news and injury news. Of course the source is someone at Everton!!

Can't see team news coming from the club. If they were, they would come earlier.

The thing with team news is that the moment they are public, news outlets and journalists post them. TV stations all over the world have the teams set up with graphics etc. Not sure if those within the business get team news 15 or 30 minutes early, but globally there must be thousands that have access to this information. Most of them work in media.

As a fantasy PL player I have an interest for team news and line-ups. Most weekends there a lot of useful information leaked. And those with insider info don't, as Bobble does, post team news 5 or 10 minutes early. Team news are leaked several hours early. Every weekend. Everton are amongst the clubs you typically won't get any leaks from. Probably as such leaks won't have much interest compared to leaks from other clubs.

When it comes to injury and transfer news, Bobble seems to get much of the same information as journalists do. I am sure he has his own sources, but expect it to be some overlap.

I find it highly unlikely that the club would use a player from another club to root out a mole.

Mad that at a time when we need the right hand side of our team sorted we sign the ageing and unwanted left hand side from City. Still, improve the squad but hardly what we should have been sorting out first.
