Don’t ever remember seeing the autocup thing.
Tried getting a Mansfield ticket. Wouldn’t let me do it online. Waited over an hour on the phone then ended up turning off my WiFi and doing on data and it worked first time. No idea why.
 

For those of you on LinkedIn then maybe worth contacting Marc Watts via that route.

I have a feeling that anything negative that Kinnear receives will not see the light of day with his superiors/the board/the owners.

Would be great to see if Watts received circa 50 messages via LinkedIn and then asked Kinnear “how many email complaints like this have you or your team received?”

Evertonians have put up with so much garbage off the pitch over many years that it’s now time to go on the offensive and call out the incompetence behind the scenes.

If there was one thing we could learn from the g£&:@?!”s across the park then it’s mobilising a campaign against the club management.

Bought ForeverBlue+ for the whole family, have been able to enter ForeverBlue+ ballots for all of us but it won't accept my kids as being allowed to have the match tickets currently in my basket for the Cup game.

Had the same thing yesterday afternoon.

"Thankyou for calling Everton football club. Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving we are unable to take any more calls today. Please call back tomorrow between the hours of 10am and 4pm "

Won't bother calling back today then.
 


All Season Ticket Members will show as Subscribed. However, you will only be fully enrolled in the Auto Cup scheme once you have registered your card details within this section of your ticketing account.
Splitting hairs a bit - OK you need to input card details if you hadn't already.
BTW wasn't there an "Auto Cup" option in the Account Management section or does that disappear once your details have been input.

Quite a user unfriendly system.
 

Sadly, none of this surprises me because of my own experiences over the years and their general ineptitude when it came to customer service.

As someone mentioned earlier, if someone has an issue with tickets on Sunday, I dread to think what the club will actually do!

Going back 10 years or so ago Evertons used to be pretty good. Always used to be able to get through on the phone easily enough. This is the first time I've tried to get through for a while though so maybe its been getting worse over the last few years ?

Have the same concerns about Sunday. Google Wallet doesn't work on my phone and they refused my request for a physical ticket.

Luckily if I really need to I can use a work phone to get in on Sunday, but thats not a long term solution. Worse case I'll have to buy a second cheap phone just to use for my ticket, which I resent having to do, and again luckily I can afford. Some people won't have that luxury though.
