He'd have to deliver to get his big move.

€40mil is £35.5mil

Could potentially flip him next summer for £60-70mil which keeps PSR at bay and enables more signings.

On the other hand, with him and Dibling we'd probably be one of the favourites for Europe.

I think the only selling points really would be (apart from wages) would be that if he plays well for us he puts himself in the shop window for that higher profile move that he seemingly wants, and we could agree a reasonable release clause for specific clubs if they come in. If he’s then here only a year but has played well enough for us to warrant a move, then this will help our season and we make a profit.
