I applied for 1 for my Dad. Had an email to advise he'd been accepted, but had nothing since.
Fans get stick for being moaners or whatever, you can’t deny people turn out in numbers , I can only imagine what would get said if apathy ever crept in
Let's face it, there are too many potential problems with digital tickets, which is why I am uncomfortable with having one. All it takes is for a technical error or a phone fault for a person's ability to attend the match to dissipate. With a physical ticket (I.e. a card for season ticket holders), the only concern was not forgetting your card. Now, there are problems with downloading tickets, receiving emails and accommodating those unfamiliar with technology. The club ought to offer supporters the choice of how they want their ticket to be provided.Ive found a workaround for my ticket issue. Hopefully it works on Sunday. Ive spent , maybe, 4 or 5 hours trying to sort something.
Multiply that by many others. And the stress.

Mate of mine still waiting to see what's happened to his season ticket, he got it sent to his work phone but phone wouldn't accept anything that wasn't work related, so he got in touch with them and they said buy another phone! They are still deciding whether they will give him a card, they'd make a decision then let him know, that was nearly 3 weeks and umpteen emails and phone calls ago and still no decision, he's getting a bit worried now considering it's 4 days til the first home gameYour lucky mate have contacted them twice and as of yet not received a reply.
