Everton's Customer Service

Has anyone that got accepted for a physical season ticket card got them yet ?
I applied for 1 for my Dad. Had an email to advise he'd been accepted, but had nothing since.

So season tickets are apparently already signed up for the autocup just haven't got bank details yet. Can I balls find the autocup section on the app

Ive found a workaround for my ticket issue. Hopefully it works on Sunday. Ive spent , maybe, 4 or 5 hours trying to sort something.
Multiply that by many others. And the stress.

Just to add to the chaos: just got an email urging me to join the EFC Rewards scheme. Followed the link and it took me to…

“Page under maintenance”

😂😂
I joined the Rewards thingy and was given 300 pts. as an STH plus another 50 pts. for buying my seat for Mansfield just before the 4 pm cut off.

This Everton rewards thing is quite comical really.

They have a competition you can enter to take part in the kick the ball competition at half time on Sunday 24th.

The Terms and Conditions state that the winner will be emailed no later than the afternoon of Friday 22nd, and the individual has 3 working days to accept or risk losing it to another person.

It seems Everton don’t understand what a working day is, and that explains a lot of things quite honestly

Fans get stick for being moaners or whatever, you can’t deny people turn out in numbers , I can only imagine what would get said if apathy ever crept in

I had to queue today outside the Goodison Road box office for around fifty minutes to make a two minute purchase of tickets for the League Cup fixture against Mansfield Town. I can assure you that many were complaining about the club's ticketing website and the lack of staff.

There was somebody just behind me in the queue saying that there were only three staff members assisting customers, but that increased to five by the time I got to the front of the queue. Unsurprisingly, the queue started to move quicker when more staff were present to assist customers - most of whom were also only there to quickly purchase tickets for the League Cup game without having to go through the hassle of using the ticketing website.

Let's face it, there are too many potential problems with digital tickets, which is why I am uncomfortable with having one. All it takes is for a technical error or a phone fault for a person's ability to attend the match to dissipate. With a physical ticket (I.e. a card for season ticket holders), the only concern was not forgetting your card. Now, there are problems with downloading tickets, receiving emails and accommodating those unfamiliar with technology. The club ought to offer supporters the choice of how they want their ticket to be provided.

I think the person to contact is angus.kinnear@evertonfc.com

I contacted him 8 days ago and still waiting for a response.

I will try and track down Marc Watts and a Friedkin’s email address as well.

I get the distinct impression that Kinnear is another prime example of the Peter principle following on from DBB and Robert Elstone.

Everton that!!

Your lucky mate have contacted them twice and as of yet not received a reply.
Mate of mine still waiting to see what's happened to his season ticket, he got it sent to his work phone but phone wouldn't accept anything that wasn't work related, so he got in touch with them and they said buy another phone! They are still deciding whether they will give him a card, they'd make a decision then let him know, that was nearly 3 weeks and umpteen emails and phone calls ago and still no decision, he's getting a bit worried now considering it's 4 days til the first home game

Disgraceful and shameless they just don’t seem to care, probably to tight to employ enough people to cope with the demands.
