It's up there with Dave saying TFG were going to sack Moyes after just 5 games in charge last season.TFG is not going to last. Bit of a knee jerk statement there don't you think ?

Sorry to hear that mate. Genuinely though - look after yourself and just make sure you pull yourself away from time to timeIt's sad but Everton being gash genuinely does have quite a knock on effect to my mental health. That's one thing I've learned these last few seasons...
Which is why this current transfer window is a failure. We needed players in 3 weeks ago! Ffs.
Take care of yourself mate, give yourself a break from time to timeIs to me though I do suffer generally with depression
Oh me too. When this first came out I was excited- buying exciting potential for the future, as part of a project. Now it is more like- spending all our money in one place to save face on a young raw 19 year old...not fair on the player.Maybe it's just me but I'm really nervous about us apparently going all in on Dibling, half a good season in a shocking side, still really young and yet some people see him as a Cole Palmer at Chelsea style signing... surely for the same cash being talked about we could get a couple of more experienced and proven players for more depth
We have four goalkeepers, for some reasonwhy do we have 3 goalkeepers and No right backs?
it's about time we started acting like a proper club, because at the moment teams like Forest Palace Brighton now Bournemouth have all over taken us and we are playing catch up to teams like this
Noise on twitter is that we dont have much money left to spend (supposedly source is bobble)...if that is the case, TFG is not going to last...we barely spend compare to what we should be spending to build the squad. They clearly want to make money from Everton, not spend money. Good luck to them, but we need different owners. Our current squad is up for a relegation fight especially if we have injuries to our few quality players we have.
The one thing we aren’t making up is that we still don’t have any signings and by now we will start another premier league match at the new stadium without a rw rb or lbLeaks have stoped, and everyone is losing their heads and completely makking up stuff, to get themselves even more angry.

Yeah I wasn't sure about that either. It's hard to say without inside knowledge how all the parts work and if they're in unison. We'll see how we're looking at the end of the window and whether the worriers on here were right or notI think this team is not working like someone at head office thought it would. Very risky throwing three or four egos into a room, giving them financial and time constraints and high expectations and expecting smooth sailing. I think within a few months, this recruitment " team" model is going to look very different...

So we have gone from bids for fofana and dibs to ski
Leeds are the only team i watched at the weekend that i think could be relegation fodder and they wonChrist mate. Go for a walk. Calm your breathing down. Call Samaritans if you need a chat but its really not as catastrophic as all that! One game in. I say again. One. Game. In.

It's about context unfortunately.Agreed, this section below was the bit I couldn’t get my head around…
‘The market is clearly inflated. We are heading for a record amount of fees spent by the PL. It’s massively difficult to do deals in such an environment’.
Unbelievable - if it’s massively difficult to do deals why is the PL on track to spend a record amount in fees![]()
Yeah I’d be flabbergasted if money is now remaining tight having lashed circa 12m on the Grealish loan, but then the club has surprised me with incompetence in the past so I’m not as confident as I should be that this is not the caseIt’s been a day of mad shouts on here, IMO but this might be the maddest so far! We all love a good rumour about an exciting new player and I don’t doubt that people like Bobble and Benj have some contacts at the Club, but the fascination that people have with their soundbites is bonkers to me.
If we have no money left but the rumours are true, how and why did we bid for Dibling? If we only had the budget we’ve spent, why did we buy Barry for c.£30m instead of doubling down on a RW?
And why oh why, after the last 20 years of mismanage, would we want to pie off billionaires after less than 12 months in charge?!
