Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Love Seamus and all he's done for Everton. One of my all time blue legends.
However last night just leaves me baffled as to why he was on the bench?
We had no fullbacks on the pitch yet he sat it out.
If he was injured then why was he on the bench?
Say if myko and Patterson were fit last night and Patterson got injured in the warm up.....surely coleman would then start?
I just don't get it, other than proving how shockingly threadbare we are for a PL side with grand ideas kicking off a new season.
Scandalous and does not justify the ripping off of fans.
Simple answer is that Jake is Moyes' first choice RB

Why are you trying to divert the conversation to made up scenarios again   is this an acknowledgment that you have no arguments left?
Cos they had no way of knowing who we would sign, they were just moaning cos it’s what they always do - just like saying we will get relegated every year. I understand concerns in July but late may/early June is just moaning

Need to change the culture. Not an overnight thing.
20 years of mismanagement can’t be fixed in 1 window.

Our financial income is a pittance compared to the other 5 teams who never been relegated.

Here an example when the RS new shirt came out there was over 2h queues to get it.
We are so far behind not just on the pitch but off it, let’s be perfectly honest we need to replace every players to get a team that can get in the top 4

Well last night's performance was certainly built on the foundations of this and the last several transfer windows and the non addressing of the gaps in the team and squad and that there's always an excuse as to why they haven't been addressed.

If I was Dan Friedkin, I'd be asking some serious questions right now, and including myself as people who need to answer them. We have allowed unacceptable performances throughout the club to be excused and this is, to repeat myself, typified by the club's transfer dealings.
