Does Myers know we signed Barry and have Beto still on the books? He’s acting like we have no striker at the club.
The answer for a club which had ambitions of really pushing upwards to who out of Fofana or Dibling is simple, you'd sign both.
He said Barry is close, but still some work to be done.Does Myers know we signed Barry and have Beto still on the books? He’s acting like we have no striker at the club.

He probably did.. . Probably got Mystic Meg to contact Bill to do his bidding..I wonder why Moyes hasnt gone for him.
Not seen it when he has a green shirt on himI've been saying that for years. We should have went after him when Derby went down, could have EASILY gotten him for under 5m.
I have my suspicions over Moyes concerning this window.
His whole demeanour has been to stress he's 'not happy' with things - but he knows full well stating that time and again means that it's not a great look for our efforts to get players to commit. We look desperate.
Moyes does not want expectation levels to grow. More signings will do that. His default position at this club has always been to get into a comfort zone where nothing is expected other than making a fist of poor circumstances.
He's constructed that situation again.
That's not to absolve those above him as they should have just swept his strategy aside (in fact they should never have kept him on). But Moyes will have dragged his feet and put opposition up to the thoughts of any committee set up above his head.
Hand him this season as he'll get us safe. Then I'd get him down the road next May.
Grealish and KDH aside it's been a very mediocre window. The right side should have been dealt with as a priority. It probably was but the way its been handled is far from ideal. The end of this window and the next will undoubtedly define our season. If we go with what we have and avoid any major injuries (which is highly doubful) then we must expect some pain this season and that pain could well start tonight.I think all of our expectations were perhaps heightened by Moyes and Kinnear saying how this window’s unprecedented and how there’ll be so much change. So far we’ve brought in 2 (arguably 3 including Barry) players to improve the starting XI. Don’t get me wrong the Grealish loan is impressive and I’m very excited to see him play for us but I’d love to see TFG go all out for a top RW and a RB in the next few weeks rather than just making do with a sub par bargain basement option.
Not when he's not our playerJust putting it out there....
Moyes could make a great right back out of Jack Harrison.
Logging off for a while due to expected incoming fire!!!
