It is the first time just a fine but they've already breached for 24/25 so if their wage bill is also above the threshold for 25/26 as potential repesr offenders the sanctions would increase. Don't think anyone has breachedUEFA squad ratio costs twice yet, so it will be new territory if it happened.

We only ever wanted an initial loan for Luiz as Moyesey wasn't totally convinced that he woukd perform consistently for us. Big gamble by Forest, but we'll see.
