Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Football Insider so, whatever: "Everton have told Beto he is free to find a new club after falling foul of David Moyes. The centre-forward, 27, is on the radar of Premier League rivals Leeds and could leave the Hill Dickinson Stadium in the next fortnight. Sources have told Football Insider that Moyes has been unimpressed by Beto’s attitude during pre-season and is unhappy that the player has not “conformed” to his methods."
Tell me you havent watched Everton without saying you havent watched Everton

They could of put anything like
'David Moyes wants a more 'rounded' Centre forward etc etc

But the work rate and attitude thing, we havetn seen anything but a top attitude from Beto

Yeah last season was poor. But United was poor as a team. He's only 22? And scored and assisted, played in some bigger games than Chermiti at similar age.

Talking about him as a 3rd choice.
That's just silly though? Despite how rubbish he was, do you think he would be happy to come to Everton to be a third choice? It makes no sense.

He might well back himself against Beto and Barry. And, if he comes on as a sub and scores a goal or two?

Think he'd come in and it would be good competition with Beto and Barry. Not much between all three of them.

He's 3rd or 4th choice at United now?
This is daft. I'm sorry. Rasmus Hojlund is not going to come to Everton to be a third choice striker.

If he leaves he will be wanting to start.

That's obviously not how the recruitment team would sell it to him, but in reality he would be. Its not daft or silly. It's up to young players to prove they're first choice, and scoring 5 goals last season wouldn't guarantee him being 1st choice anywhere.

I do enjoy the media round show by the Bobble and Benj.

But I'm not expecting anything wonderful, i see he's trying to big it up. It all seems very quiet at the moment, so fingers crossed its all about to get exciting.

Bigging it up because everyone's even more desperate for more good news after the Branthwaite injury so more people will pay in.

They're not fans, just financial vampires.

I hope Moyes shows this to then pre leeds game! Pr1ck

Posted about this in the season prediction thread earlier but couldn’t find the clip id seen. Wondered who that toadlike creature was and he’s only the Deputy Sports Editor for The Guardian!
Absolute kip of him, his teeth look like he could take a bite out of a curly wurly and not touch chocolate
