Sounds like absolute nonsense to me

Beto has struck me as one of the hardest workers we have and seems desperate to please. Moyes has previously said something like ‘he’s always working always trying to improve’ I remember seeing/hearing it live on tv after Beto scored in a game towards the end of last season

Nonsense is exactly what it is. "not conformed to his methods" unless moyes has him on stilts i don't even know what this is supposed to mean
