Think it's an absolute joke that with a few days to go we have failed to address RB, RW and a true CDM. Was very excited before the window began but see this as a serious red flag for TFG, was worried when Purdy and Thelwell left that it indicated that the plan and vision was not there and they're giving Moyes too much control in recruitment

Nothing to do with TFG, we can see they want to put the money in, they sanctioned a year loan paying £225k a week for Grealish. We’ve had bids accepted and players say no, we even had Tete lined up but Fulham offered him improved terms so he stayed put.

If this window doesn’t work out as it should and we have difficulties next year, then TFG need to act and sort out the recruitment team. If they don’t then it’s their fault for not taking action. But you can’t blame them in their first summer window. It’s also not like we’re some great destination at the moment. We’re still perceived as a basket case of a club, with 30 years of failure to prop us up. Majority of players will be advised to steer clear.

Bobble has been on sky before, no mention of his persona but just discussing everton a few times. His accent is a dead giveaway, if you've heard him on an Everton space.

Wouldn't surprise me if he's been on talksport (Agbonlahor's on there) before and that he's well known enough in the media.

wouldnt totally surprise me because he's from the Midlands and is strangely in with Villa lads. Matty Cash comped him a box at villa park about 4 years ago before he was even that big

So at the rate we are going 1 new player next week, 1 new player the week after then maybe 1 more around deadline day hahaha.

A big fan of the selling team counter offer. I was blissfully unaware of it until this week.

Loan with a buy option/obligation could be ideal. Can play CB and CM. He's talented just needs to play more.

I think selling Tim will bite us on the proeverbial in a year or two....lots and lots of potential there, and he's an athlete which is pretty prerequisite these days.
