Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Ashley Young is 40 and will be playing in the championship with Ipswich. He was ok at best for us last season. It’s not a stretch to say that a prospect who was highly rated by Bayern Munich fans will probably be more useful to us this season than Young would have been.
The new lad may well turn out to be decent but he’s very much a prospect at present and will not have a starting place for at least the first half of the season (barring injuries or cup games)

But we're also intent on doing that with Dibling if we can get that over the line. You need the balance. If anything Grealish is a perfect guy to help develop Dibling.
You could say Garna could help Harrison Armstrong & we would not have spend a penny ... if we send Harrison Armstrong out on loan again just six months as an option please ... e.g. Beto & Barry very similar - can't trap or lay a ball off or link the midfield ATM -
Plus no evidence of the pair being great headers of a football either.....

Personally I’m willing to take an educated gamble and say that I think he’s probably better than 40 year old Young.
Hi Mike. Youd certainly hope so, guess we’ll have to wait and see. I was hoping a LB would come in and replace Mykolenko straight away tbh but doubt this lad gets a lot of games this season.

Sorry he was on loan when they finished 5th. Played a fair amount that season they were relegated mind.
Another one that doesn’t know there facts
They finished 5th twice, the 2nd season he was a regular
He hadnt even made his league debut then I don’t think. And if he had he was a it part player. Still would get a 5th place league medal I suppose.
yes played 28 times in 21/22 and they got 5th

Theres no way anyone is paying 50m for Dibling. We should go for Grealish and another viable right sided attacking player. I dont know much about Fellows so cant comment.
