For context - if you was opening negotiations for a 200k house, our opening offer would have been 108k. Not the greatest way of managing a deal

It’s August 5th, the season kicks off in 10 days and we do not have a right winger at the football club. All of these things cannot be debated because it’s just a list of facts.
