I should of said on average per season, if you say him improving means he goes over the halfway line now thats fine other than that he's crap, crossing awful, interplay awful on the ball in the final 3rd awful etc etc.
Across his career he has 11 goals and 23 assists at senior level.

Thats across 8 seasons.

So roughly 3 assists per seasons. The anomaly being the time under Dyche.

Antonee Robinson for Fulham had registered 10 assists by February last season! In one season...

It shows how far we have fallen as a club that we end up making excuses for players who have such a poor output. I know as a full back, getting assists isn't the main concern if the player is great defensively but in the modern era it helps massively. And I don't personally believe he's a great defender either. He has some stand out games defensively but he also has some poor defensive performances too.

We need better in the next 18 months to 2 seasons. He is a competent squad player, and given the challenges we face in the transfer window and as we've brought in Aznou, I think he will be the starting LB this season. The rest of the defence will protect him in most games but going forward we will lose out having Mykolenko unable to contribute enough. It would be the difference between turning draws in to wins in some games.

I think he’s a good defender. I do recall he’s delivered some decent deliveries which have either been missed or no one was there.
Is there such thing as XA (like XG)?
Not saying he’s the best but equally would Robinson have got 10 assists in a Dyche/Benitez team in half a season?
Remember too, our left winger (who I like) got no assists in the PL last year.

Yeah, and that’s playing under a better, more attacking manager.

Across his career he has 4 goals and 29 assists.

Robinson is older than Myko. He has had 2 good seasons (6 and then 10) in the prem at 27. So has massively improved the last couple of years.

Myko came to us at an awful time for him personally (war and carrying an injury) and then has played under Dyche since. It’s not about excuses, but acknowledging the situation.

I get there are some limitations in his game and improvements he can make, but if you are going to use Robinson, he wasn’t exactly setting the world alight until about 2 years ago when he was 25.
