When you look at the likes of Ademola Lookman and Moise
Kean , back then we were scouting properly , but what went wrong FFS ?

We didn't nuture them correctly. We either rushed them in expecting miracles or played them for 5-10 mins in league matches.

Don’t really think that’s fair on the club as Lookman tanked at both Fulham and Leicester after us (after being farmed out by RB), and as for rushing him, he couldn’t get out quick enough for lack of playing time.
Kean on the other hand was too young and I don’t think ever had the character for Everton. But he’s another one who had another 3 years after us at a big club and didn’t make the grade for some reason.
Sometimes leagues and / or clubs just work for certain players.
Be interesting to see how Lookman get’s on if he does join Milan.

Dibling surely makes the most sense.

Beyond that it's tricky. Maitland-Niles played vs Bayern in a friendly the other day. Apart from him and Sanchez (and comedy names) theres been no RB links.

Would be nice if we snapped up Vanderson from Monaco or suchlike.
