New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Interesting that they are double-heighting the fence adjacent to Nelson Dock.

They’ve obviously had another think about what some fans might think is a good idea in a moment of post-match hysteria.
It's a shame about that. You'd like the dock to be open like Princes Dock or the Albert Dock. Although if I'm right instead it gives complete security around the stadium.

Been a few times without incident. Has a reputation, like tallaght, but I've only had issues at dalymount.
One thing is certain Bohs will find the brandywell a dangerous trip for a long time after last week.
It’s got long standing issues. All clubs and not unique to specific Dublin clubs or anywhere else either. History means it’s a lawless place sadly. The new owner, rich and well intentioned as he might be, has a large in tray to contend with.

Those around the pitch have; the advertising boards between level 0/1 and 2 haven’t been finished and fully integrated.

Are they not on here? Not trying to dispute btw, just looks like they are.

Maybe you're right and they're not fully integrated in time for the Roma game.

With the scaffolding up doing the painting works on the steel, I'm guessing it will be 100% completed for Brighton.

As long as it's operational it's all good.

Personally, I think they’ve made them too tall.

Perhaps it’s a regulation thing, but ideally - from the first row of the upper tier - you’d want the back row of standing to have a head height similar to a seated row without the riser.
Yes, it would look better, but I think you're right about the regulations. I believe the standing area has been built to the maximum allowed rake, and it would have needed to be steeper to align with the upper tier.

The upper tier could've been set back a metre or more at the south end to give a more natural alignment with the safe-standing lower. That could've added an extra row or more in the lower, or a better placed platform for disabled fans (removing the pitchside wheelchair bays, and adding more standing capacity). The super-riser would've then been far smaller and less obvious, as at Spurs (where it is just a double riser, not an 8ft wall)), and would've given the impression of a continuous single tiered stand.
