People are panicking and would be happy with pretty much anyone instead of players who improve the team, which is what they are trying to do

Not panicking just getting bored of the bs seeing how the team play just making passing look hard. Even hearing moyes saying the same stuff, just think we all need see movement now feel like us fans have given them alot of patience this window.

Aznou Moyes didnt even seen bothered when talking about him (young, probably not ready) -- imagine Aznou listening to that? Negative management.

Players dont want to join...well its because the work has not been done on them to ascertain their interest

6months and an ineffective window...all on Moyes.

We don't seem to be "in" for anybody.

At this point, actions count. We've got a tiny handful through the door so far and a manager basically abdicating responsibility. By any reasonable judgement, this summer is not going well...

All of this is rectifiable, of course. But anybody preaching patience is basing their "confidence" on not a whole lot...

I’m not worried as I just said we would of got 60 points we Moyes last year, we got a decent team, and we will get more players, we lost to both West Ham and Bournemouth but 4 of the 5 goals where mistakes by our team, something you want to happen in preseason.
Missing Pickford, JB and Tarks is huge, 3 of our better players

Let’s hope not. We need to be signing starters in midfield. If he’s still available on deadline day and we need an extra body and he’s happy with 2 bob a week, then fine.

I agree, but Moyes himself isn’t helping that narrative/reality mate, people hear him being so desperate and disappointed and will follow his lead.

It’s an easy deflection tactic though isn’t it for 2 very poor performances filled with mistakes, an again missing Pickford, JB and Tarks makes a huge difference as 4/5 goals where defensive mistakes

Exactly..... lack of movement means no building on end of last season and based on pre-season (doesn't mater blah blah blah) we have in fact gone backwards!

We need new faces in quickly (well 2-3 weeks ago) for both the team and the fans.

If we want to improve on last year that means we are realistically wanting a top half finish.

Given half of the PL got Europe last year, we need that level of player to overtake them.

We aren’t going to overtake the sides competing in Europe if we get players a level below European quality.

Problem is, guess which type of club players capable of getting us into Europe want to join. Clubs already in Europe.

I don’t get it personally. Scratching round on the bench in the conference league thing wouldn’t tell me I’d made it as a player.

We need to find a lot of players that “might” get us into Europe if it clicks, or may develop into those players within 2 years max. And just hope a couple work out. Sell the rest quickly for hopefully no gain/loss.

Putting offers in for players waiting for the RS, Napoli and Bayern is ambitious, but unproductive.

Moyes is annoying me tho. His public comments won't be helping us convince players or negotiate fees, generally seems a ridiculous tone to take (unless he himself is unhappy and looking for a way out).

0 of which improve on the team of end of last year..... let's not mess about with this 4 transfers.

We are 2 weeks from the start of the season and we need at least 3 signings that go straight into the 1st team.

The think is he will want a nice deal
And maybe that’s why he’s still without, also he’s very average. But nobody is ever Free, nice signing on fee 60k a week at least and I’d guess. So 3 yrs he charge you 15mil. I’d rather loan someone for a year

And how many of those players will be in the starting 11 at Leeds? Azou and Tavers we’ll barely see in the league this year. We’ve had every already know Moyes isn’t a huge fan of Alcaraz judging by the amount of games he started him last year. Barry might get a start over Beto.

It absolutely is, we all know we ain’t the finished article and it’s only preseason, but toffees and the wider world hearing him cryarsing constantly will have a negative effect on fans and players, both at the club and any potential signings.

I’m still fairly optimistic, just need a few more new faces in now, but it’s draining the hope a little hearing him talk the way he is.

It’s a little like getting to where we want to go has got naff all to do with him, when he’s the one driving the bus.
