Goodison Park at its best there. Incredible atmosphere when the players show something.
I was asked to provide the source. I did. That's all I can do mate
I read as far as "goodison news" as a source and bailed.
Great tackle and never a yellow, unless of course it was against Taggarts Manure.Goodison Park at its best there. Incredible atmosphere when the players show something.
Good God , No !Is he the Alan Harper of the new age? If so, count me in!
When he was at the 'highly rated' stage he played further forward, either centrally or on the wing. Like a lot of young players coming through he was used as a bit of a utility player at Arsenal, he just ended up having a bit of a run at right back because Bellerin got injured.Neville was one of the best tackles I’ve seen. Never a yellow card hard and fair.
As for ANM crap at Southampton and West Brom.
Although very highly rated as a RB when he broke through at arsenal he wants or thinks he is a better CM. I’m not sure on this but if he comes as RB and can cover other positions then I am all for it on one condition he is cheap. As we clearly need players
Is that you Ainsley ?I think Maitland Niles is a really good right back, but he definitely set his career back for a while by insisting that he wanted to play centre mid instead - especially as he was getting picked for England as a right back at the time! A year or two failing to shine at centre mid seemed to begrudgingly help him accept his destiny. Maybe he’s just mature enough now to know his strengths and weaknesses better. Personally, I think he’d be a good signing for us and a definite upgrade on what we currently have at right back.
If I was Ainsley, I definitely would have accepted that right back was my position the moment I played there for England! Is that you Ainsley ?
