Surprised Maitland Niles is causing a stink among some. Perfectly solid right back, Moyes has specifically said he wants a couple of players over 25 with prem experience and that feels like a safe way to tick that box. Not the sexiest signing but I'm happy for the sexiness to be more on the wing and in midfield (if it is)
More long term signing is bit of both for me how much would he cost. Then just think next season would be looking to get another rb to improve on again.

My sauces are telling me that Nick Hammond and his team have been on the blower all morning with Manchester City, Juventus & Olympique Lyonnais thrashing out official bids and payment terms with 3-4 players being discussed.

No plans to speak to WBA or Real Sociedad as things stand

I believed you until the second word... was it the tomato ketchup or salad cream that was the most reliable?

Ideal world, we loan AMN in, loan Grealish in and bring on Fofana and Mcatee on permanent deals, allow the selling clubs to manipulate the way the fees look in order to best suit their psr needs or to avoid a bigger sell on for Fofana.

Sorts out both Moyes and the recruitment teams wants without limbering us long term with older players on big wages

Niles absolutely sucked at Arsenal. I am not a fan whatsoever from what I have seen. But if he comes as part of the package with Fofana to kind of get it over the line, I guess you take it. We need the depth, he can cover several positions and he is technically prime age. Maybe he has gotten better during his time in France. Not a fan of the stopgaps and filler, but at this point we need bodies.
You’re right. Maybe we should put in a bid for Mikautadze also to drag Fofana over the line!
All three scored when they trashed Hamburg SV over the weekend.

Grealish and fofana along with ndiaye and mcneil...left side gonna be well sorted....but, is mcatee the solution for right winger?
Personally rather grealish, mcatee and kubo...far more balance
