We’ve got 3 strikers for 1 position currently. Maybe Chermiti goes on loan but if he does we won’t be replacing him with a striker as expensive as people like Biereth.

….agree. Be interesting if any of the youth players push themselves forward for squad consideration in the US. I think there was reports clubs were keen on taking Sherif on loan but the likes of him might impress enough for Moyes to keep him.

Great opportunity for a youngster or two to impress.

Can only be recouping some of that money with Beto if we do, as he is the only one (apart from Branthwaite) that any other Club has ever showed interest in.

No way do we start the season with three main strikers in the squad (not counting Chermiti)

Sherif is nowhere near as good as Chermiti and sadly I don’t really rate Chermiti too much either.

….i’m certainly in the same camp regarding Chermiti, I don’t think it would take much for somebody to at least leapfrog him in the pecking order.
