Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

He already got some minutes in the gold cup for Jamiaca and would've been working on fitness since then as well. We shouldn't need him to play for a few months still...So again, it's not a terrible thing if it happens and he's third choice.
I just don't see the benefit tbh
If we don't need him for a few months we may not need him at all
I'd prefer we brought in another young lad, younger than Chermiti, let him train with the first team and Chermiti go out on loan
Any contract for Antonio is dead money
Surely we'd have learned by now after Dele and Broja

You and others keep saying similar to this when its just not the case at all. No-one that is an everton fan would be even remotely happy if the window closed tomorrow so even 2/10 would be a stretch

Would have been boss to have all our signings done already but barring the biggest clubs no one has, Right now the “positive” ones of us are hoping/expecting improvements to be coming in and by the time the transfer window closes both the first 11 and the squad as a whole to be a lot stronger. If its not the fanbase as a whole will turn into pure anger.

New owners, new manager, new recruitment team as well as needing to replace so many players it was never going to be done early unfortunately. Future windows when we have to replace less and the staff being here longer and knowing exactly the type who we need to go for you would hope it would be easier and quicker.

So a big difference between staying positive of hopefully whats about to come than being happy if this is how it ends. Also absolutely pointless posting on a forum making dozens of posts everyday about how much youre fuming.

My post was more about the fanbase than the club.

We think we have this super demanding fanbase but it’s just not true really. I realised that the day Kenwright was clapped on the big screen.

We clap grinding out a point with the 2 biggest exponents of anti-football of the modern era, and we convince ourselves dreadful transfer windows have actually been quite good. (Not this one)

At least let people spill their frustration out on a forum. It’s what it’s for.

The only benefit is that Chermiti can actually go play. I'm all for alternatives to that. But Chermiti needs to actually get games one way or another, and that won't happen as third choice at Everton, barring injuries to Beto and Barry.

Many of us hoped that this window would not be so Everton like. Credit to the club for what they’ve done so far but we’re heading to America with massive holes in the squad. You could argue we still need 3 players for the starting 11 never mind the other positions that need filling.
We 100% also we haven’t signed a player
That gets into our stating 11 at the moment, ok Alacarz will probably play at Leeds, but he was here last season it was basically a given he was staying.
So With 27 days to out first game, that’s worrying
