Signed for West Ham mate. So unless we are going to buy him after letting them sign him for free, I’d suggest it won’t happen.

7m Euro for Aznou has been mentioned. Seems a bit of a steal

Indeed, our lack of pace, especially on the right side, has been a problem for a while.

Absolutely. I'm worried by both the growing calls on here that O'Brien negates the need for right back as well and the fact we haven't seemed to have gone after another option there since the Tete deal fell through.

O'Brien has done a great job since filling in there but he isn't a right back, all of his traits point to a potentially very decent centre back and he should be fighting hard to take Tarkowski's spot next season. The last thing we need is for him to spend so long out of position that he catches 'Ben Godfrey-syndrome' and completely forgets how to play in his natural position once he gets a chance there (if Ben Godfrey ever knew how to play centre back in the first place that is).

We won’t be signing any of the above.

Not during this window anyhow.

Its why I felt confident Lampard/Everton would sign Onana over Moyes/West Ham.

But the counter to that is generally, Moyes sense check on players is something we've perhaps lacked over the years.

Moyes for certain wouldn't have signed Klassen, Bolassie, Sigurdson, Williams, Sandro or Bernard.

I'm pretty confident saying that too.

Sometimes clubs can time a profile player last minute (Fellaini is a good example) to avoid inevitable gazumping, but we're needs must this summer.

Fellaini was more random chance when the Defour deal collapsed I thought.

Personally I don’t include Coleman as an option because he literally can’t play football. I would also barely consider Chermiti a senior player.

Nah we'd kept tabs on him for ages - he was massively sought after, and the timing of the bid from us was very intentional.

Gylfi, Williams, and Bernard are quite similar to Moyes types I'd say. He might not have paid £45m for Gylfi but he'd fit the general Moyes profile quite well i'd say. Sandro and Klaassen not so much.
