This is what I’m talking about though, that’s not a valid question because it’s heavily weighted in one direction (waiting will end well, acting now won’t) when there’s no real evidence to support that idea. You might as well say ‘would you rather we start the season with Pickford in goal and lose or tyrer in goal and win’, obviously I choose the option with the positive outcome, but there’s no reason to believe the positive outcome is linked to the options I’ve been given.

I just think we should judge at the end, for me there is still time for this to be a good window.

Lets hope we can get at least one per week from now until the window closes.

No need to panic. Apart from 2017, I can't think of many seasons when he had business done early.

And that's very likely the reason we've had probably only 1 good start to a league season since that time.

We haven't won an August league fixture since 2021.

That shows our strategy to recruitment and pre season has been a huge failure and needs huge improvement.

I agree, and generally speaking people will. As I’ve said elsewhere, people are just talking about what there is to talk about during the close season, everybody knows that we’ll only know whether it’s been a good window or not once we see how everything pans out in the long run.

Wait till the end of the window. Anything before that is pure guesswork.

Sorry mate, yes ive heard Douglas Luiz will be done in the next 3-4 days and will fly out to the states to meet up with the squad.

Kubo wants to come but is also considering an offer from Germany.

Grealish WILL happen but close to or on deadline day (Percentage of wage under negotiation)

Soucek wants to come here and is just waiting for a formal offer to be submitted.
