Is Kudus really worth £55m? If so how much is NDiaye worth who I think is a far superior player.According to the article in BBC
- Kevin Danso - Lens - £20.9m
- Mathys Tel - from Bayern Munich - £29.8m (£34.1m)
- Kota Takai - from Kawasaki Frontale - £5m
- Mohammed Kudus - from West Ham - £55m

That's pretty disturbing, Did she mention if he had a fondness for business driven statistical analysis? Was that actually him though?
I remember her mentioning some creepy dude was casing her.
If only it were that simple.Pretty much yeah. You pick up the phone, you call the club, you say how much for Douglas?. They say 25m, we say would you take 20m, they say yes/no. It’s only ever us who make a bloody meal out of every single transfer.
I think he got a decent crack at Man Utd and they didn’t come any bigger than them back thenI think this is an issue with Moyes though. He is a good coach and a good manager, but he has a conservative streak running through him a mile wide. He has always had players in the team who got in the side more for their attitude, than their ability - Hibbert and Neville were two examples.
It's one of the things that will have prevented him getting a decent crack at a big club. Top managers would not play players who are completely bereft of ability on attitude alone. I know you can swing it back round and point out the level of club we are and have been for some time, so invariably won't have the most talented players. But you don’t break that cycle by continuing to employ terrible footballers, particularly when we have an unprecedented chance for a reset.
And we all know Moyes will play these lads a lot. Look at how often he selected Doucoure at the end of the season when, one winning goal (but not performance) aside, he absolutely stunk the gaff out. And Moyes offered him a new deal. Had we have kept him, he would have been playing most weeks, we know that.
Moyes is a good manager, but sometimes he does need saving from himself a little. I just hope this transfer committee is strong enough to minimise the chance of that.
Palace, Villa, Bournemouth, Forest and Wolves all doing similar (if not worse than us) so far in this transfer window! Were on 43
were on 43m and likely 47m by the end of the day and we can’t be finished yet
Apparently she'd hear her letterbox go at 2am, and come down to see Damo staring through it.That's pretty disturbing, Did she mention if he had a fondness for business driven statistical analysis?
Yikes I thought it was an online crush thing but thats very unsettling and creepy I retract the earlier joke that's something that's not even remotely funnyApparently she'd hear her letterbox go at 2am, and come down to see Damo staring through it.
Strange man.
@Salmon Butties?I miss that Butty Van itk who led us all a merry dance with his transfer rumours a few years back, whoever it was.
Good stuff.
