Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Someone you have never met, someone who had no idea whatsoever of the transfer or even the first contact with Charly Alcaraz who isn’t Angus Kinnear, Billy Mckinlay, Leighton Baines, Alan Irvine or David Moyes and has NEVER sat in a room with any of them discussing players is telling you what the exact thinking of them is about strikers? A digital drug dealer has you on emotional strings and you are paying that person for the privilege. Time to go cold turkey from the grifters mate, you seem unwell.
Absolutely beautiful work.

Forums are just like any other social media such as twitter aka X. There will always be negative comments. In one ear and out the other. You only have to look at the link stickied at the top of this thread to see what the majority of members have voted. You are classed as Tier 1. There is no higher Tier so you don't need to defend yourself and definitely don't need to leave because of it. I would have left years ago if i took every negative comment to heart. Thanks for everything that you do. ;)

I don't know @bobble personally amd I don't use twitter or his or anyone's patroen.

He seems a decent fella and I've enjoyed and appreciated the snippets of info I've read from him on here.

The pay thing doesn't really sit right with me though, not that I object to people earning a crust, just that I will never condone earning money of other Blues.

I remember when I had season tickets with my al fella and his mate and the first time one of them couldn't go when I was a teen I said I'll sell it outside the ground. My dad just said we don't take money from Blues and we just gave it away to anyone needing a spare outside the ground. Happened countless times after that, you're a Blue, you're my brother let's watch the match.

Obviously wouldn't give it to a divvie I'd have to sit next to for 90mins but the principle remains.

Anyway everyone has to make their choice and in the greater scheme of things Bobble is by no means a villain and I wish him nothing but love but my code wouldn't let me walk his path.

I see the bobble you tagged had the right idea, signed up and 2 days later had the foresight to realise the grief that future bobble was going to get and packed it in.

Fair play to the bobble. He saw an opportunity to monetise getting info from agents and seems to have done well from it.

Good for him.

He should be able to take criticism better than he does though. If you make yourself an Internet character then look to make money from it you have to be able to take some stick from time to time.

It’s all part of the game. Personally think anyone paying money for his content is a bit of a mug but that’s just my opinion.

Whatever he says gets leaked within a few hours on here and other forums so what’s the point?

I don’t see any other journalist (who all sit behind paywalls) or ITK getting the abuse
Of course you don't.

By the very nature of it you're going to see way more of the abuse directed at you than you would abuse levelled at other people in the football media. Unless you keep a constant tally of the feedback to every single post, radio appearance, podcast, article or any other media content every other individual in the field makes or participates in that is - which you don't.

Hard to believe that an Everton ITK gets more abuse than journos or media sorts with nationwide or even continent wide profiles. Do you genuinely believe that you get more online barbs than the likes of Philippe Auclair or similar who have wrote pretty damning articles about oil clubs and the like with much greater exposure? Or maybe the likes of Eni Aluko over the last couple of years?
