got them feels Kubo is incoming coupled with the fact of the signings of Momiki & Hayashi for the women’s team, could be a big marketing opportunity to crack Japan, just makes sense.

I reckon those signings may be to set up a sponsorship deal with Toyota. The snippets I have heard about Kubo have been encouraging and Japan have a decent track record in producing talented women's players, so both the mens and womens teams could see improvements off the back of these (proposed) transfers.
