Seems to be the direction of travel to those on top heavy deals that can't be shifted on permanent deals We talk about our own competiveness or lack of a lot in attracting decent players. Are we getting to a point now were some players are getting rewarded too heavily too soon in their careers after being lauded for a season or even half a season of stand our performances?
