Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread



Re-signing an old, broken down right back isn't exactly going forwards, is it?

We'll see in time if we're genuinely moving forwards but, at this precise moment in time, we haven't got a single new player in our squad. We do, however, still have Seamus Coleman and Michael Keane and, had they accepted the offers on the table, we would also still have DCL, Young and Doucoure.

Maybe we'll have a half a dozen blockbuster signings in the next few weeks but the longer we spend trying to convince free agents and our out of contract players to re-sign on reduced terms, the less optimistic I am for that outcome.
