New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

I doubt even Villa would fill a 62K Stadium unless they were constantly qualifying for the CL every season.

So the idea that Birmingham will get anywhere near is laughable. It's the 4th biggest club in the West Midlands behind Villa, Wolves and West Brom.

62K may be ambitious but seems very deluded and pointless for the club it's intended for.

It's not being built specifically for football. Birmingham City will play football there but it's being built for concerts, American Football and other events. Where it is being built gives easy access to it from inside and outside the city (including via HS2 if/when that is ever finished - it might even have it's own direct link to the HS2 termination/station/platforms).

Transport access to Villa Park, The Hawthorns (even though both are only just off a motorway) and Molineux is abysmal and then there is parking, which there isn't any/much at all. The new stadium and where it will be fixes all of those problems.

Sorry for you being abused,,,.dm me.

Why? Is stadium size so important you would happily watch the club in the Championship as long as the stadium is 65k?

I would think most fans want to watch a good team on the pitch rather than count seats.
No established team is getting relegated for a long time. The promoted teams aren't getting past 25 points anymore.

This obsession with Everton playing in the Championship is getting boring.

We were very, very close to being relegated twice. Any points deductions on those seasons would have pushed us out.

Just you know, Moshiri would have needed to find funding for those extra seats as well. He already borrowed from some dodgy sources.
