Don’t get these players going to Saudi. I get the dough but fancy leaving Villa who were playing champions league football to goto Saudi for a year and then to end up in Turkey, doesn’t make sense at all.

I’m reading Demari Gray coming back aswell, going to Birmingham which is a great move for them. I personally would love him back here, under Moyes he would be great.

Was good for the price we got him at but really need better going forward, dodnt do enough for me had talent. Just in and out of games to much.

Disappointed we won`t get Diarra with all the links, he would have added quality no doubt, I just hope the signing we need in CM is the same or better quality and not just a work horse yard dog like Longstaff.

Worryingly I see Longstaff as a Moyes type of player.

I know the us something wired going on with his deals, but Duran is a top player, surely if Fernebache could do a deal we could….pretty sure his wages are ridiculous mind.

Liked him, and could get used of goals like last year against us, this time for us.

Kind of, I mean would we sign another CF if we got in Barry & sent Chermiti on loan?

Iroegbunam & Armstrong could mean 2 replacements thats not a huge shock based on us needing to improve quality.

Patterson seems done anyway.

Just doesnt seem like major surgery to me.

In terms of starting players, a top RB, CM & RW trio into our current 11 could push the team up a level. Squad players dont scream "massive upheaval" to me.



23 players in a Moyes squad makes sense but not sure where these buzzwords are coming from.

If we look exclusively at the numbers then its nothing 'new', aside from the number leaving who have high wages.

Either he's talking nonsense to dampen expectations in case he fails, or perhaps we have more money than we expect?

Nah, like I said I think the period of change thing is just him saying there’s been a lot of change around the club in general and I want Coleman to stay for continuity and setting standards. The unprecedented thing is likely just hyperbole to set expectations. We’re apparently signing Kenny tete on a free to solve what has been a problem position for about 8 years, I wouldn’t be thinking we’re planning to do a city.

If Fener can afford his wages, I'd imagine we can, they're not known for being lavish the Turks when it comes to football. They just string you along until you give in lol
