Messymascot's faith in humanity and ginger safe haven

Morning, I do get limited capacity for work payments, I just don't get PIP, so I'm not on basic benefits completely. I'm sure Starmer will be gunning for me soon enough. I'm already on tenterhooks whether or not I will have these payments stopped. I can't work it's physically and mentally just not an option. I wish I could work trust me.

Hope everyone is well, I have a stonker headache again, pretty fed up with them and they've really affected me mentally. I don't have the strength for this much longer.
My step-daughter is in a slightly similar position due to her bi-polar diagnosis which is life-long. Every time the head lines say something like “ crack down on benefits fraud coming, changes imminent “ or similar we go into your “being on tenterhooks “ mode wondering if it will affect her .Hope things are ok with you and your headache improves, best wishes.

I will never understand what they gain from going after vulnerable people, just easy targets aren't we.

Now don't get me wrong, there are people who take the piss which affects all of us. there's some near me, they walk around with the obligatory walking stick but don't need it, you'll catch them speed marching or carrying big heavy bags no problem, it's them sort do it for all. It's still disgusting penalising those that are ill and infirm though.

On a lighter(well heavier) note here's a pic of Axl Rose 2025

One of my favourite “ Goodison Memories” is Bally coming back from injury against Newcastle and thumping a 30 yarder into the Gwladys Street net. For some reason I was in the top balcony that game, dead in line behind it as it flew in. A crap game apart from that goal, 1971 I think.
I was there with my schoolmates in our usual spot bottom left Gwladys. It was a dour game typical of the time but lit up by Bally. Little did we know that his time with us was soon to end with the shock move to Arsenal.

You nailed it in the first line T. Vulnerable people are easy targets for the rich and powerful. Pope Francis was brilliant in speaking about this but the World’s moral conscience is either not vocal enough or just not being reported.

But anyway, Axl Rose has wintered well.

Good morning all on this fine day here .I hope all are well and had a great night .
Reading back I saw my first post ! Sad isn't it when you look a fool !
Nothing much happening here so we might look for a film we watched Snow white and loved it I am amazed at the CGI's it is so hard to know which is real --yes I know she wasn't real . Have a great day all COYB
Edit : It seems moyes wanted to keep Dukes but he has had a better offer and he wants to keep the other loanees . I cannot comment without getting banned .

Morning all, cloudy and grey here after a some overnight rain, nowhere near enough though. Not much going on today, probably watch the Championship play-off this afternoon. Incidentally there’s a sign alongside the track just outside Peterborough railway station, the boss of GB Railfreight is a massive Sunderland fan apparently. Have a good day, all💙IMG_1722.webp
