Summer Transfer Window 2025 Thread

Chelsea, Newcastle and Man United all want him
Reckon Man Utd next ones on the PSR naughty step... as if they will get done right? They will get away with it...

They lose £30m or £40m on budgeted PL prize money this season, no European money and they still owe in excess of £300m on their current players! You`ve also got players there earning £300k and £400k per week, an expensively assembled bloated squad....

When did West Ham bring in a DoF? Was listening to a podcast which showed there was a clear delineation between Moyes' signings and West Ham's signings; with the improved quality (Bowen, Kudus notably) coming when Moyes wasn't given 100% control of the process.

Can we attribute all the crap signings to the DOF as well then?

Reports they already got 100m to spend before sales, will offload Anthony, Garnacho, load of other dossers. They’ll land on their feet because they’ll be allowed to land on their feet.

How many years have people been saying they’ll “just offload their dossers” for now? £100m won’t touch the sides with them either, Mount cost them £70m.

It was more that most of Moyes' buys were gash. Then the first DoF came in, made some good signings. Then got replaced and Moyes didn't like the new bloke and they both ended up leaving.

I'll have to go back and listen again, but I really don't like the prospect of Moyes having full control over recruitment at such a crucial time for the club.

That last sentence rings 100% true though.

‘They’ll land on their feet because they’ll be allowed to land on their feet’.

Can you compile a comprehensive list of all West Ham’s transfers and let me know which were the DOF signings and which were the Moyes signings mate? I feel some context would be good to clarify and clear up any biases you may be suspected of.

I shall try and find you a before and after date for certain.

They also have a huge worldwide income, probably second only to Real Madrid depending on which currency you count it in.
PSR occasionally causes them to think, but it is swiftly negated.

It sounds like its going to be more of a collective thing thankfully, more a transfer committee style setup.

I don't want this Bug anywhere near this great institution.

He's absolutely everything that's wrong with modern day football....The first interview he gave last night after their defeat all he proceeded to do was to talk about himself.

Wasp
I think he's very talented and if we want to get good we need talented players. Not that I think there's a chance of it happening.
I can live with a post-defeat upset interview if players do the business on the pitch.
